Make it Real

I used to work in a factories that made automobiles.  One of those factories was where most of North America's Cadillacs were made.

We were always on the look-out for pictures of horrific accidents where the occupant(s) survived.  Those pictures were vivid reminders of why we monitor processes and make adjustments to keep those processes centered.  All accidents are regrettable, but it is gratifying to know that somebody is alive, in part, because you and your team were focused and took your job very seriously.



One of my nephews works in an auto body repair business.  He forwarded this picture of a Cadillac that had experienced a side impact.  And yes, the driver survived.
